MALAYAKA HOUSE GOALS AND STRATEGIES

 1)         Malayaka House will rescue up to twenty children in 2006 and one hundred children over the next five years.  As children move out of our home into adoptive families or boarding schools, we will rescue other children in crisis.

 2)         Malayaka House will serve as a center of education for Ugandan women.  In the coming year, physicians from Vermont will visit the Malayaka House to train and educate our Ugandan employees.  Robert Fleming will offer assistance in managing their individual bank accounts.

 3)         IPSE is in the planning stages in developing international service trips to the Malayaka House for St. Michael’s College undergraduates and medical students from the University of Vermont.

 4)         As a nonprofit organization registered in the state of Vermont as a 501 (c) (3), IPSE will solicit tax-deductible donations and oversee policy development and the financial health and sustainability of Malayaka House.
